By joining the Pixwatt waitlist, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. About the service
Pixwatt is a platform in development, operated by Digilive Inteligência Artificial e Consultoria LTDA. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the final product, launch timeline, pricing, or availability.
3. Changes and shutdown
Pixwatt may discontinue operations, modify the product, change pricing, update terms, or sunset the service at any time, with reasonable notice when applicable.
4. No warranties
The service is provided "as is". No warranty of future availability, continuity, specific performance, or freedom from errors.
5. Electronic communications
By signing up, you agree to receive electronic communications (email) about the launch, product updates, and relevant legal matters. You may unsubscribe at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digilive is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
Courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, for any disputes arising from these Terms, waiving any other jurisdiction.
